With over 30 years in advertising and marketing, Alex has built a strong portfolio of brand experience across CPG, retail, and service industries. He has successfully launched over 25 products for brands including Famous Amos Cookies, Alpo Dog Food, and Texas Pete Hot Sauce. His career spans agency and client-side roles, including time with W.F. Young Company and Gruner & Jahr in New York before returning to Atlanta to join VWA. A two-term president of The Atlanta Ad Club, Alex specializes in strategic brand development and maximizing client marketing impact.

Kesha has 15+ years of experience in client services, project management, and marketing communications, overseeing integrated campaigns that have driven brand growth and awareness. She has successfully managed multi-channel marketing efforts for national and regional brands, including UPS, Cox Communications, Grady Health System, and Community Loans of America. Her expertise includes digital and traditional media, event marketing, and brand positioning. Kesha holds a BBA in Marketing from Mercer University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing execution.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A seasoned Creative Director, Rich brings expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and retail advertising. He has led creative teams for brands like Coca-Cola, AT&T, Ford, and Hyatt, developing impactful campaigns that engage audiences and drive results. His experience includes working with major retailers such as Kroger, Publix, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s Club, crafting creative solutions that enhance in-store experiences and promotional strategies. With a background in fine arts from AIU, Rich ensures that every project aligns with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.

RANDY WILKINSON

With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, production art, and photography, Randy has worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Eastman Kodak, Texas Pete Hot Sauce, and Great Clips. Specializing in high-quality marketing collateral, catalogs, publications, and large-format graphics, Randy ensures consistency and excellence in all visual materials. His photography work, featured in numerous magazines and campaigns, enhances brand storytelling across digital and print platforms. Holding a BFA in Graphic Design & Photography from AIU, Randy blends creative expertise with technical precision to bring brand visions to life.
